Starting August 6th Emporia will play host to the 2016 PDGA Professional Disc Golf World Championship. The week long event begins at 9am on Saturday August 6th and ends with an award ceremony Saturday night, August 13th. Tournament play officially begin on Tuesday the 9th with an 8am Tee-time. ValuNet FIBER will provide live coverage of the event on Channel 3 starting at 2pm that Tuesday. The schedule is listed below.
