We are entering homes with the following criteria in place. Our technicians have been equipped with extra protective and cleaning gear. We have implemented daily health checks to confirm our team is symptom-free. Also, our Customer Care team will continue to inquire about the health of your household or business before scheduling a repair or installation.
Drop Boxes: We have drop boxes placed outside of the front door for all payments and returns at our 2914 W Hwy 50 Suite A location.
The black boxes are located on the right side our front entrance. We ask that you use this method for all payments and equipment return.
Payments: Payments can be made anytime online at https://myvalunet.com/bill-pay/, with a credit card or bank account over the phone by calling 620-208-5000 or by utilizing the payment drop box located outside of our front door.
