A ValuNet technician will replace the equipment that connects to your TV. They will also program your remote control and show you how to navigate the new box including all the new features available.

The simple answer is that we hope not. ValuNet knows the cost of television has increased dramatically over the years and we continue to negotiate with the content providers to keep your rates as low as possible. Some customers may see a decrease in monthly costs, some will see no change, and some may see a small increase. We will go over all the changes when arranging to install the new equipment.
